HAULING, SPREADING, AND ROLLING--CONVENTIONAL MIX SYSTEM (DISCUSSION)
In this presentation, the author describes the experiences with wet bituminous concrete that have led him to conclude that as long as bituminous concrete can be spread and rolled in the conventional manner, then the moisture content should not be a restrictive specification.
