THE WORK AND SCOPE OF THE INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM PANEL ST-A-12
The work and scope of the Institute of Petroleum Panel ST-A-12, which was formed to produce a reference manual giving standards, recommendations, codes of practice, and other information for the measurement and sampling of refrigerated hydrocarbon liquids, particularly LNG (methane and ethane/ethylene) and LPG (propane/propylene and butane/butylene) in bulk storage containers or in transport via pipelines or vessels, are described.
