A Comprehensive Review and the Proposed Reorganization of North Dakota State Government Transportation Agencies: Summary Report
This report summarizes information detailed in Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute (UGPTI) Report No. 65, an extensive five chapter document. The objective of the study was to evaluate the desirability of creating a single state agency in North Dakota that would be responsible for the management of transportation functions currently performed by a variety of state agencies. The goal of this report is to provide a condensed version of the conclusions of the comprehensive report.
