RELIABILITY OF LOCKED-WHEEL SKID RESISTANCE TESTER CONFIRMED
This article examines the problems in pavement friction measurement and the results of a Federal Highway Administration staff study on the reliability of the locked-wheel skid resistance tester. Tire-pavement friction measurement methods are described.
