BRIDGE REHABILITATION WITH CABLE-STAY DESIGN
The paper reports how Indianapolis' 16th Street highway bridge over Interstate 465 was reconstructed. A bridge pier was removed and replace with transverse post-tensioned girder, tensioned girder, compression struts, and supporting cables.
