FINANCIAL PLANNING FOR THE GREEN BAY TRANSIT SYSTEM: FINANCIAL OPERATIONS STUDY 1982-1986

This report describes a transit system financial study which investigates new funding alternatives to offset the potential reduction of UMTA Section 5 operating assistance. A nationwide survey of 50 transit systems, operating in urbanized areas under 200,000 population, was carried out as part of the study effort.
