Issues of Planning Work on the Current Maintenance of the Railway Track
The article deals with the issues in planning of the current maintenance of the railway track. The main factors influencing the planning processes of the current track maintenance are considered. Four main groups of factors have been identified. A comparative analysis of planning of the current maintenance of the superstructure of the track was carried out according to the data of the unified corporate automated infrastructure management system. As a result of the analysis, it turned out that the planned work does not always correspond to the really possible, since the technological-standardization maps of the enterprise and the norms of time for passing trains, travel to the place of work and back between the actual and normalized labor costs on average differ by 26%. It is necessary to expand the capabilities of users of the system to choose norms of labor costs for the performance of a particular job operatively, to differentiate the coefficient of additional time depending on the intensity of train traffic on the road section, as well as local characteristics.
