BRADFORD BUS STUDY

This report documents an extensive evaluation of bus operations in Bradford, England. It presents an analysis of the costs of providing and operating bus service including average versus marginal costs, and cost allocations by time of day, day of week, and service type. The difficulties of existing cost allocation methods are discussed in detail.
