SOURCES OF INFORMATION ON URBAN TRANSPORTATION PLANNING METHODS

This sourcebook is intended as a reference for the use of transportation planners in determining what publications, training courses, etc., are available from the Urban Mass Transportation Administration (UMTA) or the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation to help solve analysis problems related to urban transportation. This report is an updated and expanded version of an earlier publication and plans are to review and redistribute it annually. Each reference cited includes a description of the material and specifically how to obtain it.
