This report has four objectives: (1) an inventory of shipping services in and through the Red River Trade Corridor by rail and motor carrier; (2) rate fundamentals of shipping commodities by rail or truck; (3) mileage radii within a one-day, two-day, and three-day shipping period by rail and truck from Fargo, North Dakota; and (4) an inventory of shipping services and the most-used modes for shipping non-bulk commodities or manufactured goods to European ports.
