Conference Proceedings on Transportation: The 1970s

A conference on transportation was held on January 17-18, 1968 in Fargo, North Dakota. The general objectives of the conference were (1) to bring together personnel who are vitally involved in the transportation system of the United States and (2) to cast an eye toward the coming decade concerning what is ahead for transportation. The underlying question which served as the catalyst was, "Where do we go from where we are?"
