NONLINEAR ANALYSIS OF CABLE-STAYED BRIDGES
The inherent nonlinear behavioral aspects of the components of cable-stayed bridges are discussed, and the analysis of a typical profile of a bridge is detailed with particular reference to modifications needed in the conventional stiffness method. The nonlinear effects are presented quantitatively to highlight their influences; both individually and when combined. (TRRL)
