PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ALMOST EVERYONE
The article, which is the first in a series, introduces the concept of pavement management systems and presents an outline of the initial steps in the introduction of a pavement management system to a county highway department. According to this process, a preliminary list of elements to be included in the analysis is prepared, and the list should be carefully reviewed.
