HOW DOES YOUR STATE MEASURE UP IN MOTORCYCLE LICENSING?
After a review of the history of motorcycle licensing in the United States, this article provides a quiz which the reader can use to see how his state rates in comparison to others. It is pointed out that because motorcycle licensing is fairly new, there is plenty of room for improvement, and more and more states are improving their licensing programs every year.
