PAVEMENT RECYCLING: SUMMARY OF TWO CONFERENCES
This report summarizes the results of two national conferences on pavement recycling and rehabilitation held in 1980 and 1981 and conducted by the Transportation Research Board for the Federal Highway Administration. The results of these meetings provide guidance and recommendations to federal, state, and local highway agencies on the selection, design, administration, and evaluation of recycling projects. The national status of recycling to determine future needs related to research and practice is also assessed. The technical information generated by the two conferences has been published separately. This summary report was developed and approved by the Steering Committee for the two national meetings. (Author)
