PROPELLER PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT

The implementation of a new production concept demands a project organization. The nature of the project, the environment in which this organization has to operate, as well as the project organization itself are described. A few developments are elaborated on to elucidate the requirements placed upon the groups which co-operate in the project organization.
