REPAIR OF MARKER POSTS

REPARATION AV KANTSTOLPAR

The road network which has been provided with marker posts is now so extensive that the maintenance costs of the posts are high. The costs can be kept down by using repair details and by reusing the undamaged parts of the marker posts as much as possible. This report shows the results from durability tests that have been made on the posts. The report also treats the existing measured repair methods and repair details for the marker posts of Type JB, Styria (Sum), Rehau (Weike) and Traficator. (TRRL)
