A FLOATABLE MOORING STRUCTURE
A floatable mooring structure adapted for use with a fixed facility comprises a first floatable mooring member rotating about and continuous to the facility and a second member disposed about and spaced from the first member and leastically connected to it by a damping device. It is especially useful for mooring tankers at an offshore location under adverse weather conditions.
