ROAD USER CHARACTERISTICS
In this paper various categories of road users have been identified. Their characteristics like age, experience, training, educational and social attainments etc that affect traffic safety are considered. Carefully planned action programmes for traffic safety are suggested. The covering abstract for the proceedings is TRIS 368005. (TRRL)
