AN OFFSHORE TANKER IS LOADED VIA A BUOY
An offshore tanker is loaded via a buoy moored offshore, connected by pipeline to an onshore source of oil, and provided with a flexible conduit which is stored as a coil in the buoy when not in use for connection to the tanker.
