SUSPENSION BOUNCE RESPONSE OF CANADIAN MAGLEV VEHICLE UNDER GUIDEWAY EXCITATIONS - 2. STOCHASTIC MODELING AND ANALYSIS
In the investigation of the Canadian MAGLEV vehicle covered here, the vehicle was subjected to a combination of periodic as well as dominant random disturbances from the guideways. Appropriate mathematical modeling of the input process is presented in terms of spectral density function which is further modeled as the output of a second order linear filter under a white noise input for easy analysis. The combined filter-vehicle stochastic equations are solved numerically and the suspension bounce acceleration behavior for different system parameters is presented.
