MOPEDS: THE 100 MILES PER GALLON BARGAIN. ECONOMY AND EASE ON WHEELS
This article discusses mopeds in general: they have a variety of applications, are street legal in 45 states and the District of Columbia, use very little gas, require no special training to operate, need very little maintenance. Then it gives advice on selection and safety, and follows by listing eleven different models. Each listing includes a description of the vehicle, its performance and the warranty. Each model is given a rating. The listing includes a table which indicates the make and model, engine, starter system, transmission fuel capacity, weight, tires, full suspension or not, and price of the eleven mopeds.
