TRAFFIC FLOW
Baruch Rosenberg of Augsburg, West Germany has filed a pct patent application (81/03050) for an idea for obtaining free energy from passing traffic. According to Rosenberg, a cushion, comprising a series of interconnected chambers and filled with a gas or liquid, is laid on a road surface. As a vehicle passes over the cushion it drives fluid from one chamber to another and out through one end of the cushion. It then passes through to drive a turbine generator. The fluid then returns to the cushion. A busy road, says Rosenberg, should be able to generate a useful supply of electricity. (TRRL)
