A DEVICE, ESPECIALLY FOR ANCHORING TANKERS TO A STORAGE INSTALLATION AT SEA

A device, especially for anchoring tankers to a storage installation at sea under all weather conditions, comprises a structure which encircles and rotates about a column projecting from the installation and a framework having receptacles at its end joined to the rotatable structure by shock absorbers.
