AN APPARATUS FOR TRANSFERRING FLUID BETWEEN A SUBMERGED STORAGE TANK AND A SHIP
An apparatus for transferring fluid between a submerged storage tank and a ship comprises an elongated rigid element having its upper end above the surface of the water when in vertical position and its lower end attached by a universal joint to the tank, a floatable chamber attached to the upper end of the element, and transfer conduits extending from the ship along the length of the element.
