JOINT DEVELOPMENT MARKETPLACE '80 PROCEEDING

These proceedings of the 1980 meeting included sessions on planning of proposed projects in Baltimore, Md., Mt. Lebanon, Pa., and Bridgeport, Ct; on two successful joint development projects carried out in conjunction with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority; and on financing of joint development. Workshops dealt with enhancing the joint development market through improved design and with definition of the negotiating process. It was a consensus that joint development has never and will never happen by accident.
