TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - URBAN CONSORTIUM INFORMATION BULLETIN
This bulletin covers approaches to dealing with incidents involving hazardous materials in transport with the legal and safety issues as a key concern. Planning and training in response to vehicles transporting hazardous materials is addressed. The report also includes summaries of exemplary state local programs, and describes Federal activity on the topic.
