PROTECTION FOR SCHOOL BUS OCCUPANTS. ISSUE PAPER
This Issue Paper examines the recurrent issue of whether large school buses should be required to have seat belts. It is concluded that improving the seating compartment in large school buses eliminates the need for seat belts and provides sufficient crash protection.
