INFORME ANUAL 2019 DEL MONITOR DEL ESTADO DE LA ACTIVIDAD AEREA (MONITOREAA)

El Monitor del Estado de la Actividad Aerea (MONITOREAA) presenta en forma sistematica y oportuna el comportamiento de doce variables que se relacionan con la operacion de la aviacion comercial mexicana. La informacion y analisis de cada variable son incorporadas en el monitor mensualmente, por lo que no existia un analisis anual integrado de las variables. Asi, el objetivo de este trabajo es reportar mediante un informe, en el cibersitio del Instituto Mexicano del Transporte, el comportamiento de las variables del monitor a lo largo del ano 2019, incluidos su analisis y conclusiones respectivas. Para ello, fueron determinadas las tendencias y correlaciones de las distintas variables y se estimaron valores promedio, minimos y maximos, entre otros. Para visualizar los hallazgos y magnitudes, se utilizaron graficas y figuras. Algunos de los resultados obtenidos senalan que, de las doce variables, seis presentaron una calificacion menor o igual a seis (variables uno, dos, tres, cinco, ocho y nueve); la variable diez tuvo una calificacion de 7.5; la variable doce presento una calificacion de 9.2; y cuatro variables alcanzaron una calificacion igual a diez (variables cuatro, seis, siete y once). Ademas, la calificacion promedio del ano 2019, considerando todas las variables, fue igual a siete. Abstract: The Air Transport Monitor (ATM) presents in a systematic and timely way the behavior of twelve variables that are related with the operation of the Mexican commercial aviation. The information and analysis of each variable were incorporated in the monitor with a monthly periodicity; this means that there was not an integrated annual analysis of the variables. Thus, the objective of this work is to summarize by means of a report, on the Instituto Mexicano del Transporte website, the behavior of the monitor variables for the year 2019, including their analysis and respective conclusions. To do this, the correlations and trends of the different variables were determined and the average, maximum, and minimum values were estimated, among others factors. Graphs and figures were utilized to visualize the magnitudes and findings. Some of the results obtained indicate that of the twelve variables, six presented a score of less than or equal to six (variables one, two, three, five, eight and nine), the variable ten had a score of seven point five; the variable twelve presented a score of nine point two; and four variables reached a score equal to ten (variables four, six, seven and eleven). Further, the average score for 2019, considering all variables, was equal to 7.0.
