Closure Control Technology Research on Curved Tower and Curved Girder Cable Stayed Bridge without Back Stays
Taking the curved tower and curved girder cable-stayed bridge without back stays of Dongguan Waterway Bridge as the engineering background, the characteristics of three kinds of closure methods, i.e., matching cutting method, incremental launching method, and combined method, are analyzed. Combined with the structural characteristics of the bridge and the construction site temperature and other natural conditions, the matching cutting method is selected. By means of real bridge test and finite element simulation, the key construction parameters are calculated, and analyzed. The construction steps, key closure technology, and actual construction situation are introduced in detail. Practice proves that through effective closure construction control, the matching cutting method is quick in construction, accurate in matching and smooth in closure.
