EVALUATION OF ROAD SURFACE TEMPERATURES USING A TEMPERATURE TIME STEP
This paper on the prediction of road surface temperatures describes the process of modifying Outcalt's macro level heat island model and testing it with six successive days of data obtained from the roadside at Haldon Hill, Exeter, discussing the problems and implications faced during the task.
