A REVIEW OF THE ROAD REQUIREMENTS OF ZIMBABWE
The Government of Zimbabwe has an avowed commitment to improve the quality of life for the African inhabitants. The proposed programme of rehabilitation and reconstruction includes the improvement of road services, particularly into remote rural areas. This paper endeavours to review the situation in respect of road communications, and makes recommendations to give wide-spread relief using a phased programme of construction. (Author/TRRL)
