EVALUATION OF CENTERLINE TREATMENTS FOR CONTROL OF TWO-WAY TRAFFIC ON NORMALLY DIVIDED HIGHWAYS
This paper presents the results of an evaluation of the centerline treatments based on accident experience with their use in Nebraska and Iowa. The objective was to compare their safety effectiveness and identify the most cost-effective treatment.
