CHEMICAL ROADSIDE VEGETATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IN NORTH CAROLINA
The North Carolina Department of Transportation's Landscape Unit has developed a very progressive herbicide and growth regulator program in an effort to facilitate the control of vegetation along our roadsides and reduce the hand labor and machine operations that would otherwise be necessary to properly control the vegetation. The main operations that are parts of this herbicide growth regulator program are briefly described here. (Author)
