VERTICAL UNSTABLE STABILITY OF ELECTRODYNAMIC SUSPENSION OF HIGH-SPEED GROUND TRANSPORT
The present work is devoted to a study of the vertical instability of an electromagnetic suspension which moves together with the vehicle over a continuous track structure in the form of an electrically conducting plate of finite thickness. In the proposed approach to solving this problem, account is taken of the superconducting properties of the electromagnet which are concerned in the retention of the total magnetic flux through its circuit.
