FEASIBILITY STUDY UTILIZING METEOR BURST COMMUNICATIONS FOR VESSEL MONITORING
This document discusses the feasibility of using meteor burst communications for monitoring vessel position, in particular the Prince William Sound VMS near Valdez, Alaska.
