The Upgrade of Passenger Service Management for High-Speed Railway Station in the Era of Big Data
Big data technology has been successfully applied in different fields. However, big data technology has not been widely applied in the daily operation of high-speed railway stations which are shining cards for metropolis. Firstly, the paper describes the characteristics of big data era and its influences on the passenger service management of high-speed railway station. Then, it explores the innovation modes for passenger transport service management by using big data technology.
