Comments on “Traffic Sign Recognition Using Kernel Extreme Learning Machines With Deep Perceptual Features”
This paper comments on the recently published article entitled “Traffic sign recognition using kernel extreme learning machines with deep perceptual features”. This paper presents a disagreement on the claim of the above-mentioned article related to the reduction in computational complexity. This paper also suggests not to use a single notation for two different terms.
