PLANEACION ESTRATEGICA Y LOGISTICA DEL AUTOTRANSPORTE DE CARGA
El presente trabajo de investigacion describe las estrategias mas importantes que pueden instrumentase en el sector del autotransporte de carga y en las empresas que lo integran. Dichas estrategias se definieron a partir del uso de la tecnica de planeacion estrategica, aplicando el modelo de Fred David; el cual permite identificar las debilidades, fortalezas, oportunidades y amenazas del sector. especificamente, se desarrollaron treinta estrategias que fueron jerarquizadas por medio de la matriz de cuantitativa de planeacion estrategica. Entre los principales hallazgos, se identifico que las principales estrategias apuntan hacia lograr una mayor optimizacion de los recursos y la construccion de relaciones de colaboracion de largo plazo con los clientes, para organizar planes de desarrollo duraderos. Como conclusion principal, puede afirmarse que el sector del autotransporte esta fuertemente influenciado por su entorno; por tanto, a pesar de que las empresas hagan su mejor esfuerzo para realizar su trabajo, su entorno les esta afectando en su desarrollo. Absttract: This research paper describes some of the most important strategies that can be implemented in the freight transport sector and their integration within the industry. Strategies were formulated based on the use of the strategic planning technique, applying Fred David's model; which allows to identify the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats of the sector. Specifically, thirty strategies were developed that were hierarchized through the strategic planning quantitative matrix. Among the main findings, it was identified that the main strategies aim to achieve greater optimization of resources and the construction of long-term collaborative relationships with customers, to organize lasting development plans. As a main conclusion, it can be said that the motor transport sector is strongly influenced by its environment; therefore, although companies do their best to do their job, their environment is affecting their development.
