SURFACE WATER SEWERAGE
This edition (the first edition covered the various aspects of design and construction of surface water sewers, including such aspects as balancing reservoirs and the structural design of the sewers themselves) covers those aspects of rainfall and runoff which affect surface water sewerage design, together with the hydraulic and structural calculation of the sewers themselves. Reference is made to the more important aspects of research on the relationship of rainfall and runoff, and on the development of mathematical models for use with computers. Detailed reviews of the national method of design, design of open channels, and stormwater pollution research are included.
