EVALUATION OF PENETRANTS AND COATINGS USED ON REINFORCED CONCRETE SURFACES
This report present a method by which the performance of protective coatings for reinforced concrete in a marine environment can be evaluated. Comparison of properties resulting from an improessed current test is used to extablish acceptance limits for qualification of protective coatings to be used on structural concrete in a corrosive environment.
