HIGH-SPEED MOTOR-DRIVEN HELIUM COMPRESSOR
The report describes the design, manufacture, test, and evaluation of a motor-driven regenerative compressor suitable for cryogenic refrigeration system applications. The compressor employs gas-lubricated bearings for rotor support and positioning to ensure long life and high reliability. Compressor characteristics are given.
