SEAWAY REGULATIONS

This publication contains the rules and regulations for transit of the seaway facilities, both U.S. and Canadian portions. Specific information on definition and interpretation, condition of vessels, preclearance, security for tolls, seaway navigation, radio communications, dangerous cargo, toll assessment and payment, detention and sale, and closing procedures are included. Tables of speed, calling-in, vessel dimensions and tariff of tolls are also listed.
