REVISED HIGHWAY SAFETY PROGRAM STANDARDS COMMENT CONTROL SYSTEM--AUGUST 1972 TO PRESENT
The purpose of the system is to identify, analyze, and catalog each response to proposed highway safety program standards revisions, recording the respondents sentiments as accurately and concisely as possible with regard to each standard he or she dicusses. In addition, pertinent information about the respondent himself is recorded and filed, so that all responses can be evaluated in light or various elements of the respondents demographic background.
