Methods improving the availability of emergency-rescue services for emergency response to transport accidents
The paper addresses a dependency of the efficiency of emergency response to transport accidents and other transport events on the part of emergency-rescue services on the technical state and availability of emergency-rescue vehicles. A method to resolve the problem of assessing the efficiency of solutions on the provision and maintenance of emergency-rescue vehicles is provided. Results of problem resolution are aimed at selecting an optimal option for the provision and maintenance of emergency-rescue vehicles (procurement of new vehicles, repair of the existing and developed vehicles) through integrated assessment based on the development of formalized criteria such as the level of operability and availability of emergency-rescue vehicles for emergency response to accidents.
