Improvement of methods of expediency assessment with regard to dedicated traffic lane establishing in large cities

The present article is scrutinizing and analyzing the existing conditions associated with a dedicated traffic lane intended for public passenger transport. The paper presents a methodology using which it is possible to make precise conclusions in respect of necessity to establish a dedicated traffic lane intended for public passenger transport. The paper is presenting the calculation of parameters characterizing the efficiency of a dedicated traffic lane functioning in the conditions of a large city.
