A STUDY OF THE PORT OF SAVANNAH, GEORGIA

Shipping statistics are presented for Savannah and other major southeastern seaports. These statistics are meant to show whether total cargo tonnage shipped through Savannah is increasing as rapidly as tonnage shipped through other southeastern ports. Specific recommendations are made for improving the competitive position of the Port. (Author)
