IGNITION AND COMBUSTION OF UNCONFINED LIQUID FUEL ON WATER
Burning of unconfined oil layers on water is an area from which techniques could be developed to improve flame weapons or to remove accidental oil spills. A method is presented by which most petroleum-based liquids can be burned to completion when spilled onto water. (Author)
