Urban and regional planning using aerial photography and satellite remote sensing methods is discussed. Abstracts cover the use of remote sensing in land use mapping, traffic surveys and urban transportation planning, and taking inventories of natural resources for urban planning. Abstracts dealing with land use and residential quality associated with and acting as an influence on health and physical well-being are included.
