CONCRETE BLOCKS PAVE THE WAY TO SURFACE IMPROVEMENT
While the use of concrete blocks as a surfacing medium is well established in some ports, a number of regions have been slow to recognize its potential. However, recent developments indicate that this situation is changing with increasingly more ports -- notably in the UK -- adopting blocks as an answer to some of their more severe surfacing problems.
